We produce floor wraps in any size. Common sizes include 10×10, 15×15, 20×20, and 25×25 feet. We can also do custom dimensions to fit your specific venue. Your venue coordinator can provide the exact dance floor or ceremony space measurements.
Classic wraps use our library of 16 monogram templates — you choose a template and we personalize it with your names and wedding date. Custom wraps are designed from scratch around your wedding theme, colours, and style. Classic wraps start at $597, custom wraps from $897.
We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your wedding date. Classic template wraps can be produced faster, but custom designs need more time for design revisions. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway — we can often accommodate rush orders.
Yes. For both classic and custom wraps, we send you a digital proof with your names and design details for approval before printing. You can request revisions until you are happy with the final design.

Absolutely. If you or your wedding designer have a design file ready, we can work directly from that. We accept Adobe Illustrator, PDF, or high-resolution PNG files. We can also create a custom design from scratch based on your vision.
We deliver and install the wrap at your venue before your event. The vinyl adheres directly to the existing floor surface using a special adhesive that does not damage the floor. Installation typically takes 1–2 hours depending on the size. We remove it after your event at no extra charge.
No. Our wraps use venue-safe adhesive that peels off cleanly without leaving residue or damaging the floor surface. We have installed wraps on hardwood, tile, concrete, and vinyl floors across dozens of BC venues without any issues.
Yes. Our wraps are printed on durable, slip-resistant vinyl designed for foot traffic. Guests can walk, dance, and stand on the wrap throughout your event. The print quality holds up even under heavy use.
Most venues in BC are familiar with floor wraps and readily approve them. We recommend mentioning it to your venue coordinator when you book. If they have questions, we are happy to speak with them directly about our installation process and floor-safe adhesive.
Yes — we serve all of British Columbia, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, Kelowna, Victoria, and beyond. Delivery fees may apply for venues outside Metro Vancouver.
Installation typically takes 1–2 hours depending on the wrap size. We coordinate with your venue to install during setup time, well before your guests arrive. Removal after the event takes about 30–45 minutes.
Cold sparks are indoor-safe spark fountains that create a dramatic cascade of sparks (8–10 feet high) without heat or fire risk. Dry ice fog creates a low-lying cloud of fog that rolls across the floor. Both are venue-approved and perfect for grand entrances and first dances. Our cold sparks and fog package starts at $850.
We understand that plans change. If your wedding date is postponed, we will move your order to the new date at no extra charge. Contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you on next steps.
