A realistic production and booking timeline for couples planning weddings in Metro Vancouver and all of BC.
One of the most common questions we get from couples who've just discovered floor wraps: "Is it too late to order one?" The answer is usually no — but it helps to know the timeline so you're not scrambling in the final weeks before your wedding. Here's exactly what to expect.
For a classic floor wrap (one of our pre-designed monogram templates), you need to reach out at least 2–3 weeks before your wedding date. For a fully custom design, allow 4–6 weeks to give room for design revisions and production.
That said — if your wedding is sooner than that, reach out anyway. We may be able to accommodate rush orders for certain situations.
When you reach out through our contact form or by text, we respond within 24 hours with a personalized quote based on your floor dimensions and design choice. We'll ask for: your venue name or floor dimensions, your wedding date, and which template or type of wrap you're interested in. That's all we need to get started.
Once you've confirmed you'd like to proceed, we create a digital proof — your names and date placed into the template, scaled to your floor size. You'll see exactly what the finished wrap will look like. Most couples approve their proof in one round; occasionally there's a small revision or two.
Once your proof is approved, we send the design to print. Production typically takes 5–7 business days. We use premium large-format printers with UV-resistant inks for a vibrant, durable result.
We coordinate delivery and installation directly with your venue. Installation typically takes 30–60 minutes and is completed during venue setup — you don't need to be present. After your reception, we return to remove the wrap cleanly, leaving the floor exactly as we found it.
Ideally, 2–4 months before your wedding. This gives you time to finalize your venue floor dimensions (sometimes couples don't get those until closer to the date), explore design options without pressure, and avoid peak-season production crunch.
We serve Metro Vancouver and all of BC, and summer weekends book up fast — particularly June, July, and August. If your wedding is during peak season, reaching out early means we can hold your date.
Get in touch immediately. For classic templates where the design is already set, we may be able to expedite production. We can't promise it in every case, but we'd rather you reach out and find out than assume it's too late.
Reach out with your date and venue and we'll confirm if we can accommodate you — usually within the same business day.
